Registering

Customers who would like to view our range of products and prices would have to first register via the platform, by submitting their personal information, alongside their job position, and an attachment of their current business card.

Product Search

Customers can first identify which machine operations category - either Spinning & Weaving. Each Category contains another sub-category that divides their brands according to the specific part type.

If customers happen to have in possession the OEM part number, they can input the number to our search engine bar. Each specific part will have their corresponding image for customer reference, and detailed part specification.

Cart & Inquiry

Once the account has been approved by our team, they can start browsing different categories in our platform, and adding them to your inquiries, in which the final inquiry will contain the door delivery price.

Invoice & Payment

Our finance team will generate a quotation once the inquiry has been received. The quotation will then be e-mailed to their inbox. Once the customer approves the quotation, we will have a proforma invoice sent, where customers can pay via bank transfer.

Sourcing and Quality Check

As we always want the best for our customers, each of their items purchased will be quality checked by our sourcing team in our China warehouse before they are sent. Our packing ensures that the items will arrive in perfect condition.

Freight Services

With more than 150 years of experience operating in China, our partner, Melchers China will handle all logistics and delivery via air, land and sea) and our partner logistics company will be the receiving end in Indonesia, handling customs so our customers would not have to worry about it anymore.

Door Delivery

We choose quality local logistics services to have the goods delivered, to the doorstep of our customer’s most convenient address. Our courier will have a receipt sent back to us, to ensure that the items have been safely received. Customers can check the delivery status at all times.
