Andreas Janssen is the Managing Director and CEO of the company. He has been trained in International Trade and Distribution in Bremen, Germany,  has been residing in Indonesia since decades, speaks the indonesian language fluently, has vast country experience and industry knowledge.

At 88Spares he connects the digital B2B platform requirements to the operational realization of the business. 

He has extended market experience as Managing Director of a diversified German Trading Company in Indonesia with offices in Jakarta and Surabaya which is involved in Marketing, Sales and After-Sales of Industrial Machinery, Industrial Materials  and Spare-Parts for a broad range of Industries. Export orders have also been in the scope. 

Andreas has been strongly involved in all daily business and finance, taxes, HRD, import procedures as well as reporting to the German Head Office.  He is also familiar with company establishments and registrations at the Board of Investment (BKPM) for new companies and modifications of existing legal set ups of companies. 

Additionally he was a Director of a manufacturing plant for 12 years, which produced high end sleep products for local and export markets. 

This invaluable broad international and industrial experience as hands on Managing Director with European background makes him the perfect bridge-builder between Asian and European business mindsets.
